Founder
Dr. Charles Otieno Konyango

Dr. Konyango is the visionary architect of The Paradox Academy. Driven by a profound commitment to transforming education in Siaya and across Kenya, he established the school to ensure learners in the region could access a world-class learning environment. He provides strategic direction, governance, and oversight of the Academy's long-term growth.

Mrs. Claris Otieno

Mrs. Otieno is the driving force behind the daily leadership and academic culture of The Paradox Academy. Renowned for her hands-on leadership, open-door warmth, and deep personal investment in every learner and family, she oversees academic standards, staff development, and institutional culture. Under her stewardship, the Academy has earned a distinguished reputation for quality, care, and excellence.

Administrator
Mr. George Okello

Mr. Okello manages the Academy's administrative operations with efficiency and precision, ensuring regulatory compliance, smooth logistics, and a welcoming first point of contact for admissions and operational enquiries. He is often the first person new families meet.

§ 02 Teaching staff

Educators by qualification, mentors by vocation.

Our teaching body comprises qualified, TSC-registered educators trained in CBC pedagogy. Each teacher brings experience, creativity, and devotion to the classroom.

All staff participate in continuous professional development to remain at the forefront of best practice in Kenyan education. Our Junior Secondary faculty include subject specialists who bring depth and passion to their disciplines.
